The course will teach the principles of product development in an approach of "design thinking" and user-centered design, through a learning and creative process, which combines classroom lessons and self-work on product development in an entrepreneurial format, similar to the first stages of working on a startup.

We practice testing an idea, technology, or invention, in order to understand whether people really need it and know how to use it. We will learn how to build a product that suits its users, while applying the principles of user experience and usability. We will recognize and apply models for evaluating products and techniques for improving existing products and services.

The work in the course will be conducted in groups of 3-4 students and for each group 5-6 submissions and a final presentation are planned, on each of which the students will receive detailed and applicable feedback that will help them improve their product. In addition, there will be two more (2) personal submissions. Although there is no test at the end of the course, to succeed in it, one must invest during the semester.
