Course Syllabus
Course Summary
Behind every successful startup, there is a team of talented people who chose to work together to build something greater than themselves.
This course is designed to equip you with tools for managing work in the entrepreneurial world—one characterized by limited resources, radical changes, and extreme uncertainty.
The course is divided into two parts:
In the first part, we will learn the principles, methods, and tools for managing work, with an emphasis on self-management.
In the second part, we will expand the scope to learn how to build and manage a team and go step by step through the process of project management.
Throughout the course, you will gain hands-on experience applying these methods and tools by working as a team on a project based on a real startup case study.
