The “Challenge2Innovation” program is a hands-on training and exposure workshop designed to introduce participants to the world of entrepreneurship through both theoretical tools and practical experience in the field of healthcare. The program offers reskilling and upskilling opportunities for professionals and students by engaging them in real, practice-based challenges faced by key stakeholders in medicine and nursing. Using the Challenge-Driven Innovation (CDI) model, participants work in interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions to actual problems presented by healthcare partners. The program is delivered in collaboration with Clalit Health Insurance and Carmel Hospital and is intended for medical teams, graduate students, and researchers seeking to explore entrepreneurship in the healthcare ecosystem.
