Course Summary
A decade ago, entrepreneurs would spend endless hours crafting detailed business plans and building the “perfect product.” Too often, these efforts ended in failure, because a fundamental assumption was wrong. Customers didn’t show up. The need simply wasn’t there.
That’s why the Lean Startup methodology was born. Flexible, practical, and widely adopted, it has become the global standard for launching and growing new ventures.

Course Description
Today, entrepreneurship is no longer limited to startup founders, it’s a life skill expected from engineers and professionals in every field.
This course gives you hands-on experience with the Lean Startup methodology, the world’s leading approach to building ventures and driving innovation in large organizations. Instead of wasting months on “the perfect product” or expensive plans, you’ll learn how to test ideas quickly, validate them with real customers, and adapt fast.
Through team-based projects, you’ll dive into:
Understanding customers and their real needs
Crafting value propositions that resonate
Exploring sales and marketing channels
Validating assumptions step by step
You will get the chance to work on your own startup idea (or one provided by the lecturer), engage with real users, and build a pitch that will be presented at the end of the course.
By the end, you will not just know the theory, you will have practical entrepreneurial skills that prepare you for the pace of the 21st century.
Lecturer: Rami Gazit
Rami is the Road 2’s accelerator director and chief mentor. Former managing director of The Galilee Accelerator for Smart Industry and the Deal Flow VP of I4 Valley Industry 4.0 Incubator. Since 2010 he serves as a startups’ mentor, focusing on The Lean Startup methodology, business strategy, and customer’s insights.
Rami has founded as the Chief Mentor the BizTEC accelerator – the Technion led Israeli academia entrepreneurship acceleration program, with a lot of success. Rami provided mentorship, consulting services, and workshops for accelerators like Gvahim TheHive, MindCET (Ed-Tech), and various startups.
He is also serving as a Senior Lecturer – Technion, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, taking part in programs such as the StartUp MBA, Technion International, and Chief Innovation Officers. Worked for Amdocs, Elbit, The Israeli Air Force, and startups. Lectured at leading first-class international events.
